Job Summary:

This opportunity is for a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician located in Rochester, New York. The position involves supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures within a cardiac catheterization laboratory. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.


• Required Qualifications: Valid New York state license in hand, certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Radiologic Cardiographer (R). A minimum of one year of previous experience in a cardiac cath lab is required.


• Preferred Qualifications: ARRT certification is preferred but candidates with Radiology Certification with RCIS can be considered if ARRT is not held.


• Float: Candidates will float as needed within the unit.


• Additional Information: Protocols require EPIC (Electronic Patient Information Charting System) experience, and candidates must be able to bill for up to 5 hours spent on modules, with total module hours potentially reaching 10. Foreign education verification may be necessary if applicable.
