Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Care Physicians seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient care in our multispecialty medical group in Latham, NY. In this role, you will evaluate and manage adult urology patients, perform detailed histories and physicals, order and interpret labs and imaging, assist with in-office procedures, and manage chronic urologic conditions. You’ll work closely with urologists and a strong support team in a patient-centered, physician-owned practice that values collaboration, quality improvement, and work–life balance, with opportunities to grow across specialties and care centers in the Capital Region.
