With such a large footprint, there are endless opportunities for advancement and career growth.Shift: 3rd ShiftPay Range: $17 ($2 differential for 3rd shift)What You'll DoPrepare boxes of different sizes for the day's workload.Inspect products for quality, checking for color or alignment issues.Count and confirm that each order has the correct quantity.Seal boxes properly and move them to the shipping area.Keep work areas safe, organized, and in good working order.Work overtime as needed based on production demand.Be a team player, rotating across stations, supporting coworkers, and learning new skills.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Basic computer knowledge and ability to use small hand tools.Good communication skills (English reading/writing/speaking).Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to grow with us.Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties.Why Join Digital Room?At Digital Room, we don't just offer jobs, we offer careers with growth opportunities.
