Shipping and Receiving Clerk
We are seeking a diligent and organized Temporary Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage the critical flow of inbound and outbound materials, products, and packaging within our manufacturing facility. This role is essential for maintaining department efficiency, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating timely shipments that meet both internal quality standards and customer specifications.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 03:30am)
- Maintain the shipping and receiving department, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Accurately unload, load, store, and record all incoming and outgoing materials, products, and packaging.
- Prepare comprehensive pack lists and shipping sheets for all daily outgoing loads.
- Process all required paperwork accompanying each shipment, verifying proper documentation and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining detailed traffic records and updating the outbound master routing guide as necessary.
- Handle the billing processes for outgoing loads.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer interface, engaging regularly with both internal and external stakeholders regarding shipping and receiving activities.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk or in a similar inventory/logistics role.
- Proficiency in preparing and processing Bills of Lading.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
