Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with night and weekend call coverage Competitive hourly pay of $4,290 + per diem and travel reimbursements Supportive environment with modern Olympus equipment and EPIC EMR system Quick Facts Location: 130 West Ravine Road, Kingsport, TN 37660 Start Date: 08/01/2026 End Date: 07/29/2028 Shift: 24-hour shifts (Monday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM) with night call and weekend coverage Hours/week: 40+ hours per week Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Tennessee State License or IMLC, Board Certified in GI, ACLS, BLS, TN DEA required Experience: Extensive experience in General GI and ERCP procedures Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $4,290 plus travel and licensing reimbursements Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements available What You’ll Do Provide specialized Gastroenterology care, including all General GI and ERCP procedures Support ERCP and EUS scheduling and procedures, accommodating flexibility Assist in endoscopy and operating room procedures, supporting in-house nurses Support adult patients; may see some younger than 18 Conduct consults and round as needed Work with Olympus equipment in well-equipped suites and document in EPIC EMR What You Need Required: Board Certified in Gastroenterology Tennessee license or IMLC acceptance ACLS / BLS certifications Experience in ERCP and general GI procedures Active TN DEA license Preferred: Experience with EPIC system Certification in CSR About the Assignment This contract involves providing expert Gastroenterology coverage at a leading facility in Kingsport, Tennessee. The position requires support for both outpatient endoscopy suites and hospital-based procedures, with daily procedure volumes of approximately 7-8 cases. The schedule is designed to ensure work-life balance, with ample support from clinical staff and state-of-the-art equipment.
