Mitigation Technician

Role Description We are looking to hire a full‑time Mitigation Technician who will exceed customer expectations by assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after man‑made and natural disasters. The Technician will be part of an emergency response team, use hand and power tools, and maintain physical strength and stamina. Responsibilities Interact with customers in disaster response activities. Repair and restore the structure. Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials. Work with the direct supervisor to ensure a unified and efficient team. Execute and implement appropriate mitigation procedures, and follow up as required to assure excellent customer service. Requirements Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment. Valid unrestricted driver's license. Basic technical skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software. Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after‑hours, weekends, or holidays. Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required.
