Our Core Values Work hard & have fun doing it Own it Faith Families first Growth-driven mindset Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Mitigation Technician who exceeds customer expectations while assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after man‑made and natural disasters. The role focuses on creating a superior customer experience. Mitigation Technicians commit to be part of an emergency response team, demonstrate physical strength and stamina, and are proficient with hand and power tools. Responsibilities Interact with customers during disaster response activities. Repair and restore structures. Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials. Work with direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient. Execute and implement appropriate mitigation procedures, follow up as required, and ensure excellent customer service. Requirements Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facilities, assets, and equipment. Valid unrestricted driver’s license. Basic tech skills to use smartphone/tablet and relevant software. Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, including after hours, weekends, or holidays. Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required. Benefits Monday – Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM consistent schedule.
