Customer Support Assistant for AI Training [Remote]

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI-powered customer support by applying your customer service expertise to high-quality, real-world support interactions, feedback, and documentation. This remote contractor role focuses on shaping how AI systems learn, reason, and respond. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic written and verbal responses to a range of customer support inquiries.
• Assess, annotate, and review support interactions for quality and consistency.
• Contribute real-world insights to improve AI-driven customer support tools and training data.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and document effective issue-resolution practices.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team, sharing feedback and recommending process improvements.
• Maintain responsive, detail-oriented communication in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Protect data privacy and confidentiality across support interactions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and empathy.
• Customer support or comparable client-facing experience.
• Ability to adapt communication for different audiences and platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Skill in documenting and reflecting on customer interactions.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI tools or AI-driven support systems, experience in customer-service training, coaching, or process improvement, and multilingual communication skills.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $20 to $70 per hour.
