Confluence/JIRA SME Remote
Additional notes: A lot of moving parts on this team. Infosec is attached to IT and IT to business. Utilize different platforms, ticketing systems, etc. SharePoint is the main section for repositories. DTC side of the house is the majority of her work. They utilize everything a bit differently. Agile, KANBAN, Atlassian Suite. Ticketing system is Jira. Central repositories are Confluence/Atlassian Suite. Looking for someone like a Scrum. Needs to build and has been building an application security page on Confluence/how to articles. Internal customers-- developers of DTC-- need to pull process'/information. She's done as much as she can within Jira KANBAN and Confluence. Needs someone who can help get this Confluence page/Jira build a better process around these tickets-- design/build this. Maintaining this is not the issue. Just needs this little extra bit of help to move over the other initiatives that are dependent on this. Baseline is already stood up. Vany has already set this up for AppSec. Would like someone who can come in and integrate. Experience working in an Agile environment as well. Also understanding the admin portion and how development works. Taking a ticket. Let's do tickets this way. Let's add these fields. "Based on what you're saying I think you should do it this way." Industry experience: retail, ecommerce, or a product-oriented company. An OEM environment. #1- retail/ecommerce background. Nice to have: Jira is her immediate need. CA Service desk and Freshservice. MS suite. Would love to be able to help integrate the DTC stuff Vany has into their other side of the house. The ticketing system for IT-- integrated into CA Service Desk or Fresh Service. Will have an SharePoint in IT. Vole Management. Would love some Security exposure as well.
