QA/Compliance Specialist

Who You Are: You have experience in a fast-paced environment/startup where priorities can change quickly. You have excellent attention to detail and naturally spot inconsistencies. You communicate clearly and can explain issues in a structured, professional manner. You enjoy reviewing products, identifying issues, and helping teams deliver high-quality releases. You're comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work. Experience collaborating closely with engineering, product, or operations teams. What You\'ll Be Doing: Review applications before release to ensure they meet defined requirements and identify potential compliance issues. Validate application changes and document findings clearly. Provide actionable feedback and communicate issues effectively to engineering and operations teams. Verify that identified issues have been addressed before release. Maintain review documentation and contribute to improving internal review processes. Help ensure a consistent, high-quality release process across products. What We\'re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar product review role. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate findings clearly and professionally. Ability to exercise good judgment and make thoughtful decisions independently. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
