The caseload consists of approximately 25-30 students distributed across two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Social Worker (as required by the state)
• Prior experience working in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confidence managing a diversified caseload across multiple school levels
• Ability to develop and implement individualized plans tailored to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based OT or social work services according to student plans and educational goals
• Collaborate with educators, family members, and other specialists in a team-oriented approach
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Support IEP development and participation in relevant meetings as needed
• Adapt interventions for students at varying developmental stages
