We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English) to support key Human Resources functions including compliance, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration and recruiting support. This role will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers/supervisors while helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers/supervisors regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace concerns
• Support employee relations matters including coaching, conflict resolution, investigations, and documentation
• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding
• Support new hire orientation and assist with onboarding and training initiatives
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit questions and enrollment
• Assist with performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and retention efforts
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Support leave administration, workers compensation, and unemployment claims processes
• Assist with payroll support and other HR administrative functions as needed
• Translate HR communications and assist Spanish-speaking employees as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Experience with employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred Preferred Experience
• Production, distribution, or multi-site environment experience preferred
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations
• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
• Will travel to Rochester also
