Production Administrator

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Miami Production Team, including data entry, data maintenance, and general production-related tasks. Print daily production orders and specs for the production teams including order handoff. Enter and update a high volume of records in ERP System (SAP) through manual entry and updating. Maintain accuracy and data integrity of production records in SAP and Job Tracker. Assist with hologram data receiving and coordination of weekly hologram orders. Assist in processing National Retailer seasonal orders. Run reports and perform Excel-based tracking and data analysis as needed. Support production workflow by identifying, flagging, and escalating discrepancies or missing information. Maintain confidentiality of production, vendor, and internal business information. Perform other duties as assigned across the facility. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills. Detail oriented with strong follow-through on tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) required. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. One to two years of experience in data entry or an administrative support role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment. Travel Requirement Location: 100% on-site in Miami, FL. 0% domestic and/or global travel. The hourly range for this posted position is $19–$22/hr (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Miami, FL.
