Client Engagement Assistant

Job Details: Job Location: Tampa - Tampa, FL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, JOB SUMMARY The Client Engagement Assistant provides administrative and day-to-day support to the Client Engagement team and Vice President of Client Engagement. This role assists with client communications, meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities to help ensure a positive and organized client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while working with both internal teams and clients. This is a hybrid position working out of the Tampa office twice a week. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Monitor and respond to routine client email inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with client requests and follow-up items Support the Vice President of Client Engagement with administrative tasks Schedule client, internal, and team meetings Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes as needed Assist with meeting logistics and coordination Maintain client records, documentation, and reference materials Assist with creating and updating internal guides and documents Track client requests and follow-up items Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other client materials Coordinate information and communication between internal teams as needed Maintain organized files and documentation Perform other administrative and client support duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Professional and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive approach to completing assigned tasks Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality work EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–2 years of related experience preferred Previous administrative, customer service, or client support experience is a plus Exzeo offers 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for employees, a flexible paid time off plan, a 401(k) match, and bonus potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Exzeo Group
