Registration Clerk
Holdenville Hospital Authority
This position is responsible for admitting patients to the medical floor from ER, Dr. Office, and/or transfer from other medical facilities. They verify insurance and obtain authorization when necessary. The Registration Clerk also expedites the patient experience through the admissions service department.
This position is responsible for greeting all patients with courtesy and professionalism. Registration/ER clerks are the first point of contact for patients. They are responsible for the accurate completion of all required paperwork and documentation for all registering patients.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Cross-training for ER shifts will be required. 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday
5pm-11pm-Monday-Thursday
7am-7pm- Friday-Sunday
