Job Title: Maintenance

Summary:

In this role, the associate will perform light and heavy electrical and mechanical maintenance throughout the plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives.

• Maintenance technician must be able to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on all machines throughout plant to include but not limited to welding, plumbing, wiring and computer programming.
• Maintenance technician must be able to perform preventive maintenance (PM) on all machines.
• Maintenance technician must be able to assess and diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Maintenance technician must be able to assist engineering department in new machine installs.
• Maintenance technician must be able to operate machinery such as fork trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Maintenance technician must be able to perform basic cleaning duties.
• Maintenance technician must be able be able to perform minor facility repairs (i.e.: plumbing, lighting, electrical, wiring etc.)

Qualifications

• Ability to safely and successfully perform any/all essential job functions.
• Ability to meet and maintain all qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain reasonably regular and punctual attendance.
• Compliance with all personnel policies and practices.
• On the job training, training, and certification in operation of heavy equipment, regular training and re-certification required.
• Ability to work alone for extended periods and in teams.
• Use simple mathematics.
• Ability to work alone for extended periods and in teams.
• Comprehend Verbal and Written Instructions in English.
• Certificate in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience is required.
