Klabo, Brown & Co., LLC is seeking an experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our friendly, client-focused team during tax season. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional seeking a full-time seasonal position from December through April each year. This is a recurring annual, on-site position based in our Aberdeen office. You'll work with a diverse client base of individuals and small to mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries, preparing accurate tax returns while building trusted client relationships. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses. Manage multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines during the busy tax season. Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person. Assist with special projects and contribute ideas to improve internal processes and workflow. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional client service throughout the tax preparation process. What We're Looking For Three or more years of tax preparation experience. Experience with UltraTax is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of tax preparation and accounting principles. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other business software. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
