Assembly Team MemberWhat You'll DoAssemble Products: Cut, fabricate, and build metal and glass window frames using hand and power tools.Read Drawings: Follow basic shop drawings and blueprints to build parts correctly.Operate Equipment: Load and unload materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, or by hand.Pack & Move: Inspect finished frames, package them for shipping, stage inventory, and handle glass safely.Clean & Organize: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe every day.Schedule & HoursShift: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday (1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM).3-Day Weekends: Enjoy Fridays off, with overtime available!What You NeedHigh school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).1–2 years of basic factory, assembly, or shop experience.Ability to read basic instructions, do simple math, and use a computer.Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and lift 30 to 60 lbs.Basic CNC machine experience or willingness to follow machine instructions is a plus.#IND1
