Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our client. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Perform highly diversified duties, install production machines and maintain high-speed assembly and manufacturing equipment
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs on equipment
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and write and complete work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust, handle preventative maintenance duties
• You will do other duties as assigned by your Supervisor

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• High school diploma / GED 
• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting injection molding tooling in a production environment 
• 4+ years of experience repairing and maintaining plastic injection molding tooling 
• Experience working with tooling that produces cosmetic automotive parts 
• Preferably experience with CNC machining or programming using Mastercam 
• Basic mold design knowledge 
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
