Inside Sales Specialist

Position Summary Provide sales efforts to incoming calls through the call center and to outbound leads. Partner with the sales team to coordinate new business development and services for clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience. Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities. Develop new leads by utilizing all available resources, including referrals, web, and other electronic media. Provide accurate information about products and services to the customer. Review, monitor, and follow up on assigned accounts as appropriate. Protect customer information by keeping all information confidential. Accurately document all calls and account information. Daily monitor all emails and requests for new business and services related to the inbound call center and assigned SEO programs if directed. Represent the company professionally with email, reports, phone responses, and coordination. Research customers and SEO requests and propose appropriate products and services while consistently maintaining the integrity of the brand through professional interactions. Develop relationships by anticipating needs and providing solutions and guidance in relation to business opportunities. Participate in ongoing training courses/programs, networking events, and regional conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends. Achieve assigned performance goals and objectives set by management to grow business. Perform other assignments and duties as directed by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of customer service and/or retail sales experience. 1 year of call center experience highly preferred. 6 months work experience with Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong problem solving, follow-up, organization, and coordination skills. Strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus. Solid organization skills. Data entry, keyboard skills, and use of a 10-key calculator are required. Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves. Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-motivating environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent follow-through and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with customers daily. Collaborate with others effectively, encouraging team support. Physical Requirements Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking. Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
