As an Account Manager for Lisa Richardson Agency, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You will be essential to growing our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
If you live in the Atlanta Metro area and you are a driven, customer-focused professional looking to build a rewarding career in insurance and financial services this is the perfect role for you! RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Drive sales of State Farm products.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing outstanding customer service.
- Identify upselling opportunities to meet client needs and agency goals.
- meet and exceed individual and team performance targets,
- Work independently while contributing to overall agency success.
- Current Life & Health License (Preferred)
- Current Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
- Previous experience in insurance sales or account management required.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
- Base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Lilburn, GA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
