As a Project Manager, you'll lead meetings and events of all sizes, juggling everything from pre‑planning and vendor coordination to on‑site execution and wrap‑up. You'll partner across teams, solve problems on the fly, and keep every moving piece on track. You’re Good At Planning and executing pharmaceutical meetings and events from concept through close‑out Managing multiple priorities at once, typically four to six programs simultaneously Communicating clearly with clients, co‑workers, and service providers Solve problems quickly, stay organized, and keep deadlines on track Leading cross‑functional teams, coordinating logistics, and managing event materials You Might Also Have A four‑year degree in a business‑related program Two years of experience in meeting planning or closely related roles Success supporting small‑ and large‑scale meeting program formats Proficiency in Cvent, Word, Excel, and HTML Ability to travel up to 75% and a valid passport If you're ready to take the lead and create events people remember, apply now! We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Manager is between $60,000 - $80,000.
