Clean Room Packager Position

Start Immediately | $17.00–$19.00 per Hour | Weekly Pay

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Clean Room Packagers. In this role, you will assemble and package surgical instrument kits in a clean, controlled production environment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

• Assemble containers and kits for surgical instruments using blueprints, work orders, and detailed instructions
• Perform a variety of production tasks including assembly, packaging, labeling, and kit packing
• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, nuts, bolts, and locking compounds to secure components
• Read and follow work orders (“travelers”) to gather materials and set up your workstation each shift
• Package and label finished products, including test tubes, according to company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety procedures

• Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Eagan,MN.
