The Downer Law Firm is hiring one associate attorney for a full-time, in-office personal injury role.
This position is not part-time , not hybrid , and not compatible with employment at another firm .
Requirements:
• Active North Carolina law license
• At least 2 years of personal injury experience in North Carolina (plaintiff or defense)
• Full-time availability and commitment
The role involves managing personal injury cases from sign-up through settlement, negotiating directly with insurance companies, communicating with clients, and working within a structured, high-volume practice.
