Move-In Coordinator (Sales and Marketing Assistant) Farmington, Connecticut Farmington Station is an assisted living and memory support community in Farmington, professionally managed by Senior Living Residences. Work Schedule Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay & Benefits Rates start at $27 per hour. What You Will Be Doing Serve as a point of contact for residents and their families, aiding in the scheduling of assessments and move‑in dates Coordinate move‑in paperwork and maintain resident files Assist with scheduling tours, preparing marketing materials, and scheduling outreach meetings or presentations Assist in management of CRM software Work collaboratively across departments to ensure apartments are move‑in ready Promote and participate in company‑wide initiatives and events Requirements Teamwork: promote a positive team spirit and a culture of cooperation, openness, enthusiasm, customer service, and an atmosphere conducive to growth.
