Experience Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related field
• Strong communication skills for phone, email, and customer interactions
• Data entry and computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• 1-3 years of logistics, dispatch, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred
• Trucking industry experience preferred
• Experience coordinating drivers, freight, or route changes preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

• Assist with dispatching drivers and freight
• Coordinate daily operations with Central Dispatch
• Enter and maintain operational and transportation data
• Generate daily reports and route documentation
• Handle high volumes of phone calls and communications with drivers and customers
• Track route changes, delays, and service exceptions
• Maintain accurate records and operational reports
• Support transportation and logistics teams to ensure on-time service
