What You'll Be Doing

?? Cost Accounting & Reporting

? Maintain and analyze product, labor, and operational costs

? Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cost accounting activities

? Conduct variance analysis and explain key drivers impacting profitability

? Support inventory valuation, reconciliations, and financial reporting

? Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

?? Cross-Functional Partnership

? Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams

? Help identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

? Support inventory management and cycle count activities

? Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis

?? Systems & Process Improvement

? Enhance reporting processes and improve data accuracy

? Create dashboards and management reports

? Support ERP systems and reporting tools

? Participate in audit preparation and documentation

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

? 3-7 years of Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or Financial Analysis experience

? CPA or CMA designation (or progress toward certification) is a plus

Technical Skills

? Strong understanding of:

* Standard Costing

* Variance Analysis

* Budgeting & Forecasting

* Financial Reporting

? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

? Experience with ERP systems preferred

? Power BI and data analytics experience is a plus
