Registered Nurse - Labor and DeliveryLocation: MarylandAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AMJob Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The RN is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by themselves or those under their direction, utilizing specialized knowledge and judgment necessary to provide age-appropriate care.ResponsibilitiesAssess nursing care requirements and develop individualized care plans.Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and patient outcomes.Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently.Supervise junior nursing staff and nursing assistants as necessary.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure2+ years of recent high-volume Labor and Delivery experience.Active RN license in the state of Maryland.Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), EFM, and NIHSS.Willingness to obtain additional certifications within 48 hours if offered.COVID-19 vaccination record required; declinations not accepted.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
