Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a book of small commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines. Compensation Package Salary : $65,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Benefits : Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of business, primarily small commercial lines accounts under $100,000 in premium. Provide A-Z account management, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries. Work with a variety of accounts, including contractors, produce haulers, buildings, and other generalist agency clients. Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless client service. Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation. Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses : Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (5+ years preferred). Proven ability to manage a book of business independently. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work onsite during the training period and transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
