Account Coordinator

Working remotely in a full-time salaried role, the Account Coordinator will support the Customer Success Team by managing client communications, assisting with deliverables, and maintaining a strong understanding of the automotive industry and integrated marketing strategies. Key responsibilities Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings to document discussions Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables' status and proactively resolve client inquiries Develop a working knowledge of Team Velocity's processes and proprietary technology while supporting the Account Management team with various tasks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive agency or customer service roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills Ability to think critically and take ownership of projects Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
