What You'll Do

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities through friendly, professional conversations.

• Connect With Homeowners: Start conversations with homeowners and introduce Elevate Windows.

• Build Relationships: Ask questions, listen to customers, and create genuine connections.

• Identify Opportunities: Learn about homeowners' needs and determine whether they're interested in exploring our solutions.

• Set Appointments: Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives.

• Manage Your Territory: Plan your daily activities and maximize your opportunities to connect with homeowners.

• Track Your Activity: Accurately record customer interactions and appointment details.

• Keep Learning: Participate in training and coaching to continuously improve your communication and sales skills.

Earning Potential

$75,000–$145,000 annually

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed. We're looking for people who are energetic, motivated, coachable, and willing to learn.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older.

• Are authorized to work in the United States.

• Have reliable personal transportation.

• Enjoy meeting and talking with new people.

• Communicate clearly and confidently.

• Are comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners.

• Can stay positive when conversations don't result in an appointment.

• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Are organized and able to manage your daily activities.

• Take pride in representing a company professionally.

Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
