Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Spa to join our growing Skincare Studio team in Los Angeles. This individual will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly, supporting both the Studio Manager and the broader team in delivering a best-in-class client experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about spa operations, people leadership, sustainability, and the beauty industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Responsibilities Support the Skincare Studio Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all service standards and procedures are consistently delivered at the highest level. Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll preparation, supply ordering, and inventory management. Help onboard, train, and support new team members across all positions. Assist with front desk operations: booking client appointments, checking in guests, and providing product knowledge and service recommendations. Proactively resolve guest concerns or issues with professionalism and a client-first approach. Collaborate on marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to drive growth and enhance client engagement.
