Senior People Technology Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Partnering with Talent Acquisition to enhance technology solutions, the full-time Senior People Technology Analyst will focus on building scalable, secure platform infrastructure and automating operational processes while supporting the People organization remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other People teams to identify technology opportunities and improve processes using AI Develop shared integrations and data services to support AI-powered solutions across the People organization Steward core People platforms, ensuring reliable and secure operations while evaluating emerging technologies for productivity improvements Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience Experience managing enterprise People platforms such as Workday or Greenhouse, including designing or implementing integrations Supported Recruiting or Talent Acquisition through technology with knowledge of hiring processes and tools Experimented with AI tools to automate work or build solutions relevant to People Technology challenges Led technology initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management
