Free Mealsduring your shifts Positive Work Environment Requirements: Must be 16 years old or older Must be comfortable working outside Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad Ability to multitask Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Positive attitude Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Customer Service-Oriented Responsibilities: Exhibit a positive & servants heart attitude with every customer and team interaction Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected Take orders with speed and accuracy, using registers at the front counter or iPads in the drive-thru Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer Check for product quality and consistency Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures Assist in all stations in the front of the house, such as dining room, drive thru window, runner, expediter, and drinks Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Complete all tasks as assigned Location of store: Chick-fil-A Stapley Drive, 1664 S Stapley Drive, Mesa, AZ 85204 This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
