The ideal candidate will possess expertise in translating business needs into actionable product capabilities, creating user journeys, defining data flows, and managing Agile delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO). This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, UX teams, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesLead business discovery workshops and define product vision, goals, and success metrics.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and opportunities.Develop business cases, value propositions, and ROI analyses for product initiatives.Facilitate stakeholder discussions to prioritize features and capabilities.Create and maintain end-to-end customer journey maps.Identify customer pain points, opportunities, and moments of truth.Translate journey insights into product requirements and enhancement opportunities.Define business and system capability maps.Analyze current-state vs. future-state capabilities.Identify capability gaps and recommend strategic improvements.Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders on capability roadmaps.Manage product backlog using Azure DevOps (ADO).Write high-quality Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.Prioritize backlog items based on business value and strategic objectives.Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
