As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, and operational expertise to work on projects for the military. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and will identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You’ll guide the work we do for the Army and the solutions we deliver for military missions and strategic planning. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Army. Qualifications Experience in synchronizing and managing multiple calendars Experience in using Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment Experience as an Executive Assistant at the Director and Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service, O6 and above or civilian C‑Suite level Knowledge of tools and processes to collaborate across multiple departments and coordinate details for development of large working groups with multiple stakeholders Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to multi‑task and work in a dynamic environment Ability to rapidly inform Ability to communicate and present written and orally at a level commensurate with a senior level staff Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an Army, Combatant Commands, or Joint environment Experience working at an Operational level HQs, such as Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM Staff Experience with Army or Indo‑Pacific exercises Experience with software tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Palantir applications like Vantage, Foundry, Maven Smart Systems and large language models TS/SCI clearance Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary range: $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
