Medical Technologist
$35.87 - $51.61 per hourRock Health
The Medical Technologist performs patient laboratory testing, quality control, data analysis, and results reporting. Responsibilities Responsibilities include receiving and identifying specimens, assessing specimen suitability, preparing reagents, and conducting instrument maintenance and calibration. Role Requirements The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills, independent judgment, and critical thinking. Qualifications Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Sciences, with preferred certifications such as MLS (ASCP), MT (ASCP), or equivalent. Specialist Certifications Specialist certifications in Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Banking, or Chemistry are advantageous.
