Customer Service Representative

Seeking a technically minded, detail-oriented Project Manager / Inside Sales professional to manage electrical distribution and switchgear projects from pricing through delivery. The ideal candidate has an engineering, electrical technology, or strong analytical background and is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Location: Canton, MA
Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm onsite
Pay Rate: $30-40/hour depending on experience

Job Description:

Manage electrical distribution and switchgear projects from pricing through delivery.
Prepare project quotes using pricing tools and review submittals for accuracy.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams on project details, status updates, and shipping schedules.
Handle data entry, documentation, and general project administration.
Provide responsive customer service and ensure projects stay organized and on track.

Job Requirements:

Engineering degree, Electrical Engineering Technology background, or strong technical/analytical aptitude.
Electrical knowledge is beneficial but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Diligent, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Career-minded individual interested in long-term professional growth.

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
