Job Title: RN IR Neurovascular Moderate Sedation
Profession: Registered Nurse

License: RN License (New York Only)
Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association Only), ACLS (American Heart Association Only)
Must-Have: Moderate sedation experience required; Telemetry experience required; Circulating experience required
Description:
Join a dedicated team providing moderate sedation in a fast-paced procedural area.
Care for patients undergoing preventative and interventional stroke care.
Responsibilities include intraoperative moderate sedation and circulating when not providing sedation.
The RN administers moderate sedation and closely monitors the patient's cardiac and physical status.
Collaboration with the physician is essential to ensure safety, comfort, and privacy.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
The ability to administer and monitor conscious sedation independently is necessary.
Telemetry experience is required.
Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma hospital is highly desired.
Two years of experience is mandatory.
