Job Description

• Lead the preconstruction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation for construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Develop and manage preconstruction schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend value engineering options to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
• Prepare and present preconstruction reports to internal and external stakeholders.
