They are seeking a Financial Planner to join their team. This position will support a Lead Financial Advisor, with a growth path to directly leading client relationships.Responsibilities:Prepare Financial Plans Through eMoneyProcess new account paperworkResolve routine and complex client service issues in a thorough and expeditious manner, utilizing sound judgment with an emphasis on courtesy and communicationLeading weekly team meetingsHeavy client interactionWorking with firms trader for performing trade, rebalancing, and distribution requestsTrack and manage all aspects of asset movementMaintain comprehensive knowledge of, and interact with, the multiple investment management platformsMaintain strong working relationship with financial planning teamKeep the practice up to date on all compliance activitiesManage onboarding process with new clients including communicationCoordinate activities with firms service team regarding specific tasksManage teams client database systems/CRM (Redtail)Qualifications:Bachelors degreeSeries 7 & 66 & 6 & 63 Licenses3+ years of experience in financial services support or operations role.CFP designationFamiliarity with LPL's platform, Albridge Solutions, eMoney, DocuSign, Excel Spreadsheets are a plus.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ideal candidate is extremely well organized and detail oriented.Must be client-oriented and eager to provide great customer service.This person must be a team player, and able to work well with the firm's general service team.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceRetirement planSalary: Base salary (commensurate with experience), $90k-$125k+
