Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required within the last 2 years.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Vascular experience required.

Unit Details: - General ultrasound includes some vascular. - Uses 2 GE Logic E10s and 2 Samsung WS80A. - Disclaimer - Public transportation is not available in this area. Please ensure you have a reliable transportation; personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November - April.

Shift & Scheduling: - Monday to Sunday. - Weekend on-call rotation only – 8a-12p, every 4th-5th weekend. - Usual ultrasound call is 8a-12p Sat/Sun/holiday, depending on need. - Must be flexible with schedule.

Floating Requirements: - Floating within radiology, fluoroscopy, OR, and off-site locations.

Special Requests: - Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
