Location: Franklin, TN | Full-Time, In-office

Compensation: Annual pay range $55K - $65K base, plus monthly bonus opportunity of $2,500 based on meeting key metrics

What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of business customers
• Connect with customers regularly to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities (talk to dozens of decision-makers each week)
• Introduce new products and solutions that add value to their business
• Partner with sales, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a great customer experience
• Track activity and opportunities using CRM tools to stay organized and drive results
• You'll have meaningful conversations with customers every day, learning how to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and grow revenue through thoughtful, proactive outreach.

 

What We're Looking For

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) - fluent in Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent business experience)
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
