Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor/Associate Project manager

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate construction crews effectively

• Healthcare construction experience required

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, site safety regulations, and quality control measures

• Proficiency in project management, scheduling techniques, and resource allocation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges efficiently

• Familiarity with construction software and technology is a plus (ie. Procore)

• Bachelor's degree or experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred

• Experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry

• Previous Construction experience: 5 Yrs minimum

• Knowledge of Procore

• SST Card/Osha Training

• Knowledge of Site/Civil work

• Ok to commute / work in Brooklyn

• Understanding of Trades and coordination.

• Able to coordinate with owner/users

• Knowledge of MS Project to work on schedules

• Understanding of drawings

• Can run meetings

• Management of Subcontractors

• Management of In-house labor

• Can run tool box talks
