Concord, a Loan Servicing Fintech, is seeking a Collections Representative for our onsite Contact Center in Scottsdale, AZ. You will contact borrowers, negotiate repayment plans, and resolve delinquencies in a compliant, borrower-friendly manner amid a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in collections or contact center roles, knowledge of FDCPA/FCRA, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with loan servicing platforms or CRMs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Concord
