Join Our Team as an Anesthesiology Cardiac Physician

We are seeking an exceptional Anesthesiology Cardiac Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia services for complex cardiac procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with top-tier surgeons and clinical teams in a Level I Trauma center, gaining diverse experience across a broad spectrum of surgical cases.


Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Valid PA medical license
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience, preferably in cardiac cases
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a Level I Trauma or tertiary care setting
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support or perioperative medicine

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
• Completed anesthesia residency program with a focus on cardiac anesthesia
• Proven track record working with diverse patient populations and complex cases

Other Requirements:

• Active PA license; process can be expedited with leadership approval
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including day shifts (approx. 4-5 days per week)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
• Willingness to travel or accommodate additional reimbursements when applicable

Position Details:

• Start Date: June 10, 2026
• Hourly Pay Rate: $395.39
• Shift Schedule: Day shifts, 4x10-hour shifts (approx. 06:15 - 16:45)
• Full-time coverage with flexible scheduling, averaging 4-5 days per week
