Concierge Lead, Guest Services [Remote]

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Concierge Lead to join a VIP guest services team serving discerning, high-profile travelers for a leading global travel and hospitality platform. You'll own the trip planning process end to end for a select portfolio of guests, from first idea through flawless execution, sourcing exceptional homes and experiences and shaping them into itineraries no one has done before. Over time, you'll also lead and coach a small team of Concierge Specialists who craft bespoke trips for their own guest portfolios. This role suits someone who blends luxury travel expertise, genuine sales instincts, and meticulous organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, scout, and design one-of-a-kind private and small-group trips for a select portfolio of guests
• Build trusted relationships with high-profile guests, documenting their travel preferences and tailoring every trip to them
• Source exceptional accommodations and experiences, including bespoke options beyond standard inventory
• Coordinate with guests, travel coordinators, luxury property owners, and travel suppliers from first contact through post-trip follow-up
• Manage bookings end to end, including proposals, reservations, payment collection, and itinerary design
• Serve as the guest's point of contact during travel, resolving last-minute changes and unexpected issues with discretion
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and travel vendors, negotiating favorable rates, services, and amenities within guest budgets
• Meet or exceed sales and service performance targets
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Concierge Specialists as the team grows, setting the standard for high-touch service

Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience selling and designing tailor-made and small-group itineraries for discerning clientele in luxury travel, villa, or private travel
• Strong global travel destination knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with high-profile clients
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple concurrent trips
• Professional, mature, and discreet approach, with a consistent commitment to confidentiality
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends

Preferred

• 10+ years of experience in luxury travel
• 5+ years of experience managing or leading a team
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, tourism, or a related field
• Experience negotiating with villa owners, luxury property managers, or premium travel suppliers
• Availability that supports both North American and European time zones

Key Details

• Start Date: October 13, 2026
• Duration: Through December 31, 2027 (approximately 14 months)
• Location: Remote (within the U.S.)
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week; flexibility required, including some weekends
• Pay Rate: $65 - $75/hour + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K)
• Employment Type: W-2 (no C2C or 1099)
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
