Lead Concierge

To support the delivery of a world-class concierge program for VIP donor guests during the Games, the part-time Lead Concierge Coordinator will manage day-to-day concierge workflows, provide task direction to staff and volunteers, and ensure personalized hospitality services are executed seamlessly. Key responsibilities Lead coordination of the Games Hospitality concierge program, delivering high-touch service to VIP guests and dignitaries Provide task direction and workflow coordination to concierge team members and volunteers to uphold program standards Monitor service-request tracking and guest profiles to ensure timely and individualized support for each guest Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, donor relations, or event coordination Experience supporting VIPs and high-profile individuals with professionalism during multi-day events Proficiency in managing guest registrations, payments, and data accuracy across multiple platforms Ability to provide personalized, culturally aware service to high-profile guests Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with donors and producing clear updates for leadership
