Job Description Job Description Sign On bonus and Relocation Assistance Available Wisniewski & Associates, LLC seeks an attorney, licensed in NJ and NY, with at least 5 years’ general practice experience, including, but not limited to litigation, real estate transactions, planning and zoning board applications and property tax appeals. All candidates must be able to work independently and have excellent research, writing and communication skills. Qualifications Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor degree from a U.S. accredited law school and have been admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey and New York. A successful candidate will have 5 years relevant legal experience, must be able to maintain client confidentiality, have excellent research, written communication, oral communication and presentation skills and have an ability to analyze and digest information.
