Primary Responsibilities

Patient Reception:

• Greet and check in patients, collect paperwork, and ensure all information is complete and accurate.

Phone and Scheduling:

• Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars for multiple providers and locations.

Patient Intake:

• Guide patients through electronic registration, insurance verification, consent forms and medical/dental history forms.

Coordination:

• Communicate effectively with clinical and billing teams to ensure a smooth patient flow.

Customer Service:

• Address any questions, concerns and special requests with professionalism and empathy.

Records Management:

• Scan, file, and update patient records in the electronic health record system, maintaining strict confidentiality.

Facility Support:

• Help keep the reception area and waiting room neat and welcoming.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Experience:

• Prior dental, or hospitality experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
• Comfort with patient care, electronic scheduling systems, EMR/EHR, or dental/medical office software is a plus.
